Ken Kondziela and Resa Gutierrez-Tufts have worked in the mortgage industry, in a variety of capacities, for over 20 years. In April of 1998, they began working together in the mortgage department of a local bank and eventually branched off on their own to form NW Premier Mortgage, Inc. in 2003. Their goal was to create a better way to help clients navigate the often-confusing world of residential lending.
